摘要

根据高职教育领域育人模式案例研究的范式,提出基层生态环保铁军人才培养模式建构的理论问题,厘定了核心概念,深入剖析了长沙环境保护职业技术学院开创性的育人探索,即对"技术差序"育人体系的建构与实践.进而以长沙环境保护职业技术学院生态环境修复专业为典型案例,深描了"技术差序"育人体系在基层生态环保铁军人才培养方面的运行机制.最后,总结了"技术差序"育人体系在实现基层生态环境治理与高等职业教育人才培养方面的重要意义.

Abstract

This paper,in accordance with the paradigm of case study of education model in higher vocational edu-cation,puts forward theoretical issues on the construction of talent training model for grassroots ecological and en-vironmental protection iron army,defines core concepts,and deeply analyzes the pioneering education exploration of Changsha Environmental Protection Vocational College,namely the construction and practice of the"technical difference order"education system;and then taking the ecological environment restoration major of Changsha En-vironmental Protection Vocational College as a typical case,it deeply describes the operation mechanism of the"technical difference order"education system in the talent training of grassroots ecological and environmental pro-tection iron army.Finally,it summarizes the important significance of the"technical difference order"education system in realizing grassroots ecological environment governance and talent training in higher vocational educa-tion.
