"六要"即政治要强、情怀要深、思维要新、视野要广、自律要严、人格要正,是新时代高等学校思政课教师的核心素养.培养"六要"思政课教师,必须加强党对思政课教师队伍的领导,营造全社会信任和尊重思政课教师的外部环境,改革思政课教师评价考核体系,激发思政课教师自觉主动提升修养实践.
Abstract
The"six essential qualities"of ideological and political teachers in higher education institutions in the new era are"strong political quality,deep emotions,new thinking,broad vision,strict self-discipline,and upright personality".To cultivate ideological and political teachers with"six essential qualities",it is necessary to strengthen the leadership of the Party over the team of ideological and political teachers,create an external envi-ronment of trust and respect for ideological and political teachers in the whole society,reform the evaluation and assessment system for ideological and political teachers,and stimulate the conscious and active cultivation prac-tice of ideological and political teachers.
