摘要
传统的建筑专业实训基地存在实训项目单一、数字化实训设备短缺的问题,并且随着建筑表现技术多元化发展,其实训项目与企业实际相脱离,社会服务能力不足.为此,该研究旨在深入探讨中国特色现代学徒制与1+X证书制度在建筑专业数字化实训基地建设中的融合策略与实践效果.通过校企合作共建实训基地的方式,将1+X证书考试内容融入教学过程,以此实现教学场景与工作环境的协调统一,将线上学习和实训教学有机融合,使静态的设备设施"活"起来,突破时空的限制,推进学校教育与企业实践的深度融合,从而培养出具备职业素养和实践能力的高素质人才.
Abstract
In the traditional training base of architecture majors,training projects are single and there is a short-age of digital training equipment.With the diversification of architectural expression technology,the training proj-ects are out of touch with the actual situation of enterprises,and the social service capacity is insufficient.To this end,this study aims to delve into the strategy and practical effect of integrating the modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics and the 1+X certificate system in the digital training base construction of architecture majors.Through the cooperation between schools and enterprises to build training bases,the examination content of 1+X certificates is integrated into teaching scenes and working environments,and online learning and practical training teaching are integrated to make static equipment and facilities move,breaking through the limitations of time and space,realizing the deep integration of school education and enterprise practice,and cultivating high-quality talents with professional literacy and practical ability to adapt to market demand and improve social ser-vice capabilities.
