摘要

激光原理与技术是一门理论和实践相结合的课程,是物理与光电信息科学工程专业的一门重要的专业课,需要学生具备较为扎实的物理和数学基础.激光原理与技术具有逻辑清晰、知识点多、实用性强等特点,这对学生提出了更高的要求.传统教学过程注重公式推导,在课程讲授过程中,学生普遍认为该课程较为抽象,理解困难,这种教学方式不利于教学活动的展开.教研组结合科研和教学过程中的一些体会,针对激光原理与技术课程中受激吸收这一知识点,结合自身的科研项目,通过密度泛函理论模拟计算,直观地展现受激吸收过程及电子云在不同能级的分布,进而模拟出吸收光谱.这不仅加深了学生对"光与物质相互作用"知识点的理解,提升了学生动手实践能力,促进了学生的学习主动性,也增强了这门课程的趣味性和应用性.

Abstract

As a course that combines theory and practice,Laser Principle and Technology is an important profes-sional course for the opto-electronic information science and engineering major,and this course requires students to possess a robust foundation in physics and mathematics.Laser Principle and Technology has the characteristics of clear logic,many knowledge points and strong practicability,which puts forward higher requirements for stu-dents.The traditional teaching process pays attention to formula derivation,and students generally think that the course is too abstract and difficult to understand during the process of teaching.This teaching method is not con-ducive to the development of teaching activities.Aiming at the knowledge point of stimulated absorption in Laser Principle and Technology,our teaching and research team combined some experiences in the process of scientific research and teaching with their own scientific research projects to intuitively demonstrate the process of stimu-lated absorption and the distribution of electron clouds in different energy levels through density functional theory simulation calculation,and the absorption spectrum related to this progress was also simulated.This method not only deepened students'understanding of the knowledge point of the interaction between light and matter,but also improved students'practical ability.It also promotes students'learning initiative and enhances the interest and applicability of this course.
