该文综述了人工智能(AI)在技工教育中的应用,探讨了AI技术如何在个性化学习、自动评估、虚拟实训和互动学习等方面改革传统教育模式,提高教师教学质量和学生学习效率.同时,该文分析了高校在实施AI技术时面临的挑战,包括技术、实施和伦理挑战,并提出了相应的解决策略,如强化数据保护措施、提供专业培训和持续更新课程设计,以促进AI在技工教育中的有效应用.该文旨在为教育工作者、政策制定者和技术开发者提供意见和建议,共同推动技工教育向更高效、更个性化、更智能的方向发展.
Abstract
This article reviews the application of artificial intelligence(AI)in vocational education and explores how AI technology can reform traditional education models,improve teaching quality and learning efficiency through personalized learning,automatic evaluation,virtual training,and interactive learning.At the same time,it analyzes the challenges faced in implementing AI technologies,including technical,implementation,and ethical challenges,and propose corresponding solution strategies,such as strengthening data protection measures,provid-ing professional training,and continuously updating curriculum design,to promote the effective application of AI in secondary education.The purpose of this paper is to provide opinions and suggestions for educators,policy makers and technology developers to jointly promote the development of technical education towards a more effi-cient,personalized and smarter direction.
