摘要
随着中药产业的快速发展和产业链的持续优化,中药专业人才培养面临更高的要求.为适应这一需求,该文基于"岗课赛证"一体化的理念,对专业核心课"中药制剂分析"的改革路径进行了深入研究,旨在通过"岗课赛证"一体化的教学模式,实现课程内容与职业岗位的对接,提升学生的实践能力和职业素养,进而推动专业人才培养质量的提升,为中药产业的持续健康发展提供有力的人才支撑.
Abstract
With the rapid development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry and the continuous optimiza-tion of the industrial chain,higher requirements are put forward for the training of professional talents in tradi-tional Chinese medicine.In order to meet this demand,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the reform path of the core course Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparations based on the concept of job-course-competition-certificate integration.It aims to achieve the connection between course content and professional po-sitions through the teaching mode of job-course-competition-certificate integration,improve students'practical ability and professional quality,and then promote the improvement of the quality of professional talent training,and provide strong talent support for the sustainable and healthy development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry.
