摘要
研学旅行指导能力专业化训练是高校旅游管理类专业走向应用型和职业化发展道路的需要.该文基于当前研学旅行市场迅猛发展形势的需要,结合高校旅游管理专业学生专业培养实际,从研学旅行发展现状出发,强调研学旅行组织和指导业务专业人才训练的重要性,进而对研学旅行专业化人才训练进行整体思路设计,并对研学旅行专业人才训练的具体内容进行一一分析.研究结果不仅对高校旅游管理专业在校生进行研学旅行专业指导能力训练有一定的参考价值,而且有助于高校旅游管理类专业毕业生进行研学旅行活动的策划、组织、管理和专业指导.
Abstract
Conducting professional training in the ability to guide research and study tours is necessary for the tourism management majors in colleges and universities to move towards an applied and professional development path.Based on the needs of the current rapid development of the market of research and study tours,combined with the actual professional training of students majoring in tourism management in colleges and universities,this paper,starting from the current development status of research and study tours,emphasizes the importance of pro-fessional training in the organization and guidance of research and study tours,then designs an overall idea for the professional training of research and study tours,and analyzes the specific content of professional training for re-search and study tours.The research results not only help tourism management majors in colleges and universities to organize,manage,plan and provide professional guidance for research and study tours,but also have a certain reference value for the professional guidance ability training of research and study tours for students majoring in tourism management in colleges and universities.
