基于工作过程系统化理论,梳理高职旅游管理专业的现状和挑战,结合旅游行业、区域、学校及专业特点,创新性地探索和构建"三目标融合、三课程递进、三课堂联动"的"一体三元"高职旅游管理专业课程思政育人体系,分析其内涵、特色和实施策略,以期将旅游管理专业学生培养成华夏之美的讴歌者与传承人.
Abstract
Based on the theory of work process systematization,this paper sorts out the current situation and chal-lenges of the tourism management major in higher vocational colleges.Combining the characteristics of the tour-ism industry,the region,the school and the major,it innovatively explores and constructs a"three-element inte-gration"ideological and political education system of the tourism management major in higher vocational col-leges,which includes"three-goal integration,three-course progression and three-classroom linkage".It analyzes its connotation,characteristics and implementation strategies,in order to cultivate students majoring in tourism management into eulogists and inheritors of the beauty of China.
