摘要
地方本科高校应用转型发展背景下,培养应用型人才是专业发展的必然选择.教育技术学专业作为教育学的分支学科,在信息技术引领教育教学深刻变革的今天,该专业对推进新文科建设、建设高质量教育体系起到不可替代的作用.玉溪师范学院教育技术系根据学校建设一流地方应用型大学的目标定位,确立了以学生实践创新能力提升为核心的应用型人才培养目标,从实践能力培养的动机激发、知识储备、应用创新三个相互关联、互为影响的层次维度构建多阶渐进实践教学体系,积极整合校内外师资、实训等资源,为学生搭建了集实践教学、兴趣小组活动、专业竞赛、创新创业训练、实习实训、产教融合等多途径的实践平台,探索出一条教、学、训、赛、研"五位一体"的实践能力培养路径,取得了较好的人才培养成效.
Abstract
In the context of the applied transformation and development of local undergraduate universities,culti-vating practical applied talents is an inevitable choice for professional development.As a sub-discipline of educa-tion,the major of educational technology plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the construction of new liberal arts and building a high-quality education system in today's profound changes in education and teaching led by information technology.According to the goal of building a first-class local applied university,the Department of Educational Technology of Yuxi Normal University has established the goal of cultivating applied talents with the improvement of students'practical innovation ability as the core,and built a multi-level progressive practical teaching system from the three interrelated and mutually influencing hierarchical dimensions of"motivation stimulation,knowledge reserve,and application innovation"of practical ability training,and actively integrated teachers and practical training resources inside and outside the school,and built a set of practice platforms,in-cluding practical course teaching,extracurricular interest groups,professional competitions,innovation and entre-preneurship training,internship training,integration of industry and education,etc.,to explore a"teaching,learn-ing,training,competition,research"five-in-one practical ability training path.Good results have been achieved in talent training.
