摘要
文章总结了药品经营与管理专业教学标准目前存在的问题,提出了突出学徒制特点、融合思政教育等相关要求,融入湖湘特色的开发思路,明确了人才需求及相关院校人才培养调研、培养目标与核心岗位能力分析、课程设置与教学方法创新、校企合作与专业服务产业发展探索的开发路径,为相关专业教学标准开发提供了参考.
Abstract
This article summarizes the current problems in the teaching standards of the drug operation and man-agement major,proposes a development approach that highlights the characteristics of apprenticeship,integrates ideological and political education,and integrates Hu'nan characteristics.It clarifies the talent needs and related college talent training research,training objectives and core job ability analysis,curriculum design and teaching method innovation,school enterprise cooperation and exploration of professional service industry development,and provides a reference for the development of relevant professional teaching standards.
