"岗课赛证"视域下高职院校融合育人实践探索——以湖南体育职业学院为例

摘要
运用文献综述和案例分析方法,探讨高等职业教育中"岗课赛证"融合育人的理论基础、实施现状与面临的挑战,并以湖南体育职业学院的实践为例,提出具体实施策略.研究发现,在"岗课赛证"融合育人实施过程中存在逻辑构建模糊、教学资源不足、评价体系偏颇等问题.高职院校应以岗位需求为导向,通过课程体系、技能竞赛、职业证书的有机融合,有效提升学生职业技能与就业竞争力.研究认为,为确保"岗课赛证"融合育人的有效实施,高职院校须明确内涵与逻辑关系,构建以岗位需求为导向的课程体系,实施课证融合,强化师资队伍建设,并深化校企合作.
Abstract
Using literature review and case analysis methods,this paper explores the theoretical foundation,cur-rent implementation status,and challenges faced by the integration of"job-oriented courses,competitions,certifi-cates"in higher vocational education.Taking the practice of Hu'nan Vocational College of Sports as an example,specific implementation strategies are proposed.The study found that there are issues such as vague logical con-struction,insufficient teaching resources,and biased evaluation systems in the process of implementing the inte-grated education of"job-oriented courses,competitions,certificates".Higher vocational colleges should be guided by job demands,effectively enhance students'professional skills and employability competitiveness through the organic integration of curriculum systems,skill competitions,and professional certificates.The re-search believes that to ensure the effective implementation of the integrated education of"job-oriented courses,competitions,certificates",higher vocational colleges need to clarify their connotations and logical relationships,construct a curriculum system guided by job demands,implement course-certificate integration,strengthen fac-ulty team building,and deepen school-enterprise cooperation.
