"五育并举"视域下高职院校劳动教育的实践探索

摘要
随着教育改革的不断深化,"五育并举"教育理念逐渐成为教育领域的共识.高职院校作为培养高素质技术技能人才的重要基地,实施劳动教育对于学生的全面发展具有重要意义.该文首先阐述了"五育并举"视域下高职院校劳动教育的内涵及其价值,其次对当前高职院校劳动教育的现状和问题进行了深入分析,最后结合实际案例,提出了构建"三阶递进""四方联动""五育融合"的劳动教育育人模式,旨在为高职院校劳动教育的有效实施提供理论支持和实践指导.
Abstract
With the deepening of education reform,the educational concept of"Educating Five Domains Simulta-neously"has gradually become a consensus in the field of education.As an important base for training high-quality technical talents,the implementation of labor education is of great significance to the all-round develop-ment of students.This paper first expounds the connotation and value of labor education in higher vocational col-leges from the perspective of"Educating Five Domains Simultaneously",then makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation and problems of labor education in higher vocational colleges,and finally,combined with actual cases,puts forward the construction of"three-step progressiveness,four-way linkage,five-domain integration"labor education model.The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the effective imple-mentation of labor education in higher vocational colleges.
