Research on the Influence Mechanism of Higher Education on College Students'Entrepreneurial Inten-tion:Based on the Test of Mediating Effect of Internet Self-efficacy
In the era of digital economy,Internet self-efficacy plays an important role in inspiring college stu-dents'innovative vitality and enhancing entrepreneurial motivation.The article constructs a mechanistic model of the higher education's effect on college students'entrepreneurial intention based on the social cognition theory,and the results of the structural equation test from 434 survey samples of college students show the following as-pects.(1)Internet self-efficacy is an important antecedent variable affecting college students'entrepreneurial in-tention.(2)Higher education has multiple influence on entrepreneurial intention.The"Internet+"innovation and entrepreneurship support by colleges and universities and the level of higher education have no direct effect on en-trepreneurial intention.The two indirectly promote students'entrepreneurial intention through Internet self-efficacy,and the grade level shows direct inhibition on entrepreneurial intention.Based on the above,higher edu-cation institutions should focus on entrepreneurial curriculum system,entrepreneurial skills practice and informa-tion technology education facilities to improve students'Internet self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention.
