With the arrival of the post-pandemic era,hybrid teaching has become one of the focal points for re-form and innovation in higher education.However,in practical applications,hybrid teaching still faces many chal-lenges,such as a lack of intrinsic motivation among students and limited engagement in deep learning.Given that theoretical research on hybrid teaching lags behind its practical application,this paper aims to explore and con-struct a hybrid teaching model that integrates Self-Determination Theory and the Inquiry Community Model.Fur-thermore,using the College Students'Mental Health Education course as a case study,this paper discusses the practical application of this hybrid teaching model,providing insights for the innovation of hybrid teaching mod-els,the stimulation of students'intrinsic motivation,and the promotion of deep learning.
