摘要

人的素质的形成,离不开素质教育.该文在诠释素质内涵的基础上,分析了人的素质形成的四个阶段,分别是出生到入学前、中小学教育、大学教育、社会训练.指出大学是素质教育链中的关键环节,新生入学教育是大学素质教育的切入点,并针对入学教育存在的问题提出了相应的对策.

Abstract

The formation of human quality cannot be separated from quality-oriented education.On the basis of interpreting the connotation of quality,this paper analyzes the four stages of human quality formation,namely from birth to preschool,primary and secondary education,university education,and social training.It is points out that universities are a key link in the quality-oriented education chain,and the entrance education of freshmen is the entry point of university quality-oriented education.Corresponding countermeasures are proposed for the problems existing in entrance education.
