Research on the Optimization of the Ideological and Political Evaluation System of Specialized Courses in Colleges and Universities Based on the OBE Concept:Taking the Diagnosis and Analysis of a University's Evaluation Index System as an Example
Exploring and optimizing the ideological and political evaluation of specialized courses is not only an inevitable requirement for deepening the reform of educational evaluation,but also an urgent need to further implement the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education.Based on the OBE(Outcome-Based Education)concept of"student-centered,output-oriented,and continuous improvement",this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current ideological and political evaluation of specialized courses,builds an evalua-tion index system around the three core dimensions of curriculum,teaching,and students,and proposes a multi-subject and multi-dimensional method to carry out the ideological and political evaluation of specialized courses objectively,scientifically and effectively,in order to give full play to the role of evaluation and truly achieve the goal of promoting curriculum construction,teaching reform and improvement of teachers'level,and significant improvement of students'learning outcomes through evaluation.
