The integration and sharing of teaching resources in colleges and universities is an effective way to real-ize the sharing of high-quality education resources in colleges and universities,and a key link to promote the cross-integration of disciplines.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the integration and sharing of teaching resources in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the construction of the integration and sharing mode of teaching resources in colleges and universities.Starting from the four aspects of education con-cept,management system,operation mechanism and teacher team construction,it clarifies the significance of the construction of the integration and sharing mode of teaching resources in colleges and universities,and puts for-ward the ideas and methods of the construction of the integration and sharing mode of teaching resources in col-leges and universities.It aims to improve the quality of education,takes the reform of education system as an op-portunity,takes the construction of teaching staff as the core,takes interdisciplinary integration as the guidance,and takes information technology as the support.Through the construction and implementation of this model,it can realize the effective integration and sharing of high-quality educational resources in colleges and universities,and improve the quality of talent training.
