摘要
成长于我国改革开放以后经济迅猛发展年代的青年大学生,在就业上更多地考虑"高收入、大城市、大企业、稳定企业"等因素.问卷调查发现,大学生毕业返乡助力乡村振兴的热情总体不高.究其原因,有社会就业形势、家庭教育、学校教育等因素的影响.应转变思政教育工作开展模式,从共情传播理论着手,在认知、情感和行为三个维度全面增强大学生对乡村振兴事业的认同感,有效推动人才向乡村地区流动,为乡村振兴提供人才支撑,也为中国式现代化视域下高校思政教育提供新思路.
Abstract
College students who grew up in the era of rapid economic development after China's reform and open-ing up mostly consider factors such as"high income,big cities,big companies,and stable companies"when seek-ing employment.Through a questionnaire survey,this study found that the enthusiasm of college graduates to re-turn to their hometowns to help rural revitalization is generally not high.The reasons are the influence of factors such as social employment situation,family education,and school education.This study transforms the mode of ideological and political education,starting from the theory of empathy communication,comprehensively improves college students'sense of identity with the cause of rural revitalization in the three dimensions of cognition,emo-tion,and behavior,and effectively promotes the flow of talents to rural areas,in order to provide talent support for rural revitalization,and also provides new ideas for ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the perspective of Chinese modernization.
