摘要

新药研发的过程里不仅蕴含着极为丰富的药物化学知识,而且还潜藏着许多曲折多彩的故事,这些元素为思政教育融入药物化学知识学习提供契机与支撑.该文以自建药物化学SPOC课程为依托,以新药研发故事为针、思政教育为线,通过穿针引线的方式将思政元素融入药物化学课程BOPPPS教学的每个环节,开展课程教学改革实践.实践结果显示,在课程思政导向下运用BOPPPS(以学生为中心)模式开展的药物化学线上线下混合教学,其教学效果显著提升,学生给予良好评价,值得深入尝试与探索.

Abstract

The process of developing new drugs contains multitudinous knowledge of Medicinal Chemistry,as well as many intricate and colorful stories,which are beneficial for integrating ideological and political education into the professional course.Based on the self-built SPOC of Medicinal Chemistry,the authors implemented the teaching reform by taking new drug development stories as the focus and ideological and political education as the line,to integrate ideological and political elements into every step of BOPPPS teaching in Medicinal Chemistry course.The practice results indicated that the online and offline mixed teaching of Medicinal Chemistry based on the BOPPPS model under the guidance of ideological and political education in the curriculum improved the teaching effectiveness,and received good evaluations from students,which is worth further experimentation and exploration.
