摘要
培养高水平应用型人才是地方应用型高校人才培养的核心任务.如何发挥专业建设、教学、科教融合、课程思政以及学科竞赛指导等各类教师团队的作用,形成团队驱动的全方位、全链条、全场景育人的良性机制,是地方应用型高校亟须关注的问题.以北京联合大学管理学院在团队育人方面的改革和实践为例,分析其对团队驱动的经管类高水平应用型人才培养模式的构建与实施效果,以期为地方应用型高校人才培养模式创新提供思路和借鉴.
Abstract
Training high-level applied talents is the core task of local applied colleges and universities.Regard-ing how to give play to the role of various teacher teams such as professional construction,teaching,integration of science and education,ideological and political education,and discipline competition guidance,and form a team-driven all-round,whole-chain,whole-scene education mechanism,this paper takes the reform and practice of the School of Management of Beijing Union University in team education as an example to analyze its effect on the construction and implementation of the team-driven high-level applied talents training mode in economics and management,in order to provide ideas and references for the innovation of talent training mode in local applied colleges and universities.
