摘要
产教融合是产业和教育相互融合、合作发展的一种模式,强调产业与教育之间的紧密合作与互动,促使教育系统更好地适应产业发展需求,同时也为产业提供人才培养和创新支持.依据国家对市域产教联合体建设方面的方向定位,每个地市的产教联合体要以政府宏观统筹为主导,依托产业园区,积极开展各类新型领域业务.然而,在我国经济构成体系中,传统手工艺是非常重要的模块,亟须传承与创新发展.市域产教联合体建设不仅要走最新的信息、技术路线,而且要立足于地方,服务地方发展,扶持地方特色文化传承与创新.
Abstract
Industry and education integration is a model of mutual integration and cooperative development be-tween industry and education.It emphasizes close cooperation and interaction between industry and education,which helps the education system to better adapt to the needs of industrial development,and also offers the indus-try support in terms of talent development and innovation.According to the national strategic direction for the de-velopment of city-level industry-education consortiums,each city's consortium should be guided by the govern-ment's macro-level management and leverage industrial parks to actively explore various new business sectors.Traditional handicrafts represent a very important sector in China's economic structure and urgently require pres-ervation and innovative development.The development of city-level industry-education consortiums should not only focus on the latest information and technology but also be grounded in local needs,serve local development,and foster the preservation and innovation of local cultural heritage.
