This study divides the specific abilities of high-caliber technicians and skilled workers in modern manufacturing into 30 items from the three dimensions of"personal manufacturing ability","leadership ability"and"professional quality",and analyzes the factors affecting cooperative education from the two aspects of partici-pation mechanism and cooperation mechanism.The research found that:"value creation"and"material re-sources"have the most significant impact on the participation mechanism;"cooperation goals","cooperation cycle"and"cooperation effect evaluation"have a very significant impact on the cooperation mechanism;"re-source factors"have a significant mediating effect on the effect of cooperative education.Based on this,policy rec-ommendations are put forward,including building a new relationship of multi-subject integration and docking,strengthening each subject's recognition of the characteristics of high-caliber technicians and skilled workers in modern manufacturing,clarifying the responsibility structure of cooperative education,and stimulating the vitality and motivation of independent development of colleges and universities.
