Personality-orientated teaching of Business English in higher vocational colleges is an important teach-ing model that meets the needs of higher vocational education development in the new era.Based on Pierre Bourdieu's field theory of"field-habitus-capital",the occlusion of the teaching interaction field of personalized teaching,the limitation of the habitus of the subject of personalized education and the lack of interactive capital of personalized teaching are the three difficulties faced by personalized business English teaching in higher voca-tional colleges.In order to complete the new mission of training"multi-skilled and multi-capable"compound in-novative talents,it is necessary to build an open and diversified interactive field,reshape the cognitive and action habits of education subjects,and optimize the interactive capital of personalized teaching to promote personalized Business English teaching in higher vocational colleges.
