摘要

近年来,随着乡村振兴战略计划的实施,社会各界开始高度关注乡村教师专业发展问题.与城市教师有所不同,乡村教师所在学校在办学条件方面与城市学校存在较大差距.国家不断加大对乡村教育事业的支持力度,极大地改善了乡村学校的办学条件,但城乡学校依然存在较大差距,乡村教师在专业发展方面也面临着一系列困境.如何才能抢抓乡村振兴战略计划实施的契机,使乡村教师专业发展走出结构困境,成为目前发展乡村教育、促进乡村教师专业发展需要解决的关键问题.因此,有必要立足乡村教师专业发展现状展开分析,结合乡村振兴背景来探讨破局的出路,以此助力乡村教师专业发展.

Abstract

In recent years,with the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,all sectors of society have begun to pay close attention to the professional development of rural teachers.Unlike urban schools,there is a large gap between the school conditions of rural teachers and those of urban teachers.The country has continu-ously increased its support for rural education,which has greatly improved the conditions of rural schools,but there is still a large gap between urban schools and rural schools,and rural teachers are also facing a series of dif-ficulties in professional development.How to seize the opportunity of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy to enable rural teachers'professional development to get out of the structural dilemma has become a key issue that needs to be solved in the current development of rural education and the promotion of rural teachers'professional development.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the current status of rural teachers'professional development and explore a solution in combination with the background of rural revitalization,so as to help rural teachers'professional development.
