The Construction and Implementation of the Course Teaching System under the Student-centered Con-cept:Taking the Course of Mental Health Education as an Example
The mental health education course is an important front to carry out mental health education and popularize knowledge among students.In the new era that puts forward higher requirements for talent cultivation,the traditional teaching mode has been unable to meet students'personalized learning and development needs.In view of the difficulties faced by the teaching of the mental health education course in colleges and universities,un-der the guidance of the student-centered education concept,a teaching system based on positive psychology is constructed,which is the combination of"mental education and moral education","online teaching and offline teaching","flipped classroom and experiential teaching","strict management and humanistic care","in-class teaching and extracurricular practice",and"process evaluation and final evaluation".This teaching system can stimulate students'initiative and participation in learning,improve students'scientific inquiry ability,problem-solving ability and team cooperation ability,and build the mental health education course into a course that stu-dents"want to learn,will learn,and enjoy learning".
