摘要

党的二十大报告对"着力造就拔尖创新人才"提出要求.新工科建设强调要培养适应和引领新一轮科技革命和产业变革的卓越工程科技人才.围绕这个目标,华中科技大学生命科学与技术学院从多个维度强化校企合作培养,将产业变革中对拔尖创新人才培养的实际需要精准融入高校新工科复合型人才培养体系,坚持"四个面向",探索和实践以解决复杂问题为牵引的拔尖创新人才自主培养新模式.

Abstract

The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the requirement of"striving to train top-notch innovative talent".The construction of emerging engineering education emphasizes the need to train outstanding engineering and technological talent who can adapt to and lead the new round of sci-entific and technological revolution and industrial transformation.Focusing on this goal,the College of Life Sci-ence and Technology,Huazhong University of Science and Technology strengthens school-enterprise cooperation from multiple dimensions,accurately integrates the actual needs for the training of top-notch innovative talent in the industrial reform into the training system of interdisciplinary talent based on emerging engineering education,adheres to the"four aspects",and explores and practices a new model of independent training of top-notch inno-vative talent guided by solving complex problems.
