摘要
在推进高水平科技自立自强的新时代,如何围绕国家重大战略和产业发展需求、结合拔尖创新人才成长规律,切实发挥高等教育在人才培养中的龙头作用,是工科高校义不容辞的重大使命.为此,该文以合肥工业大学为例,研究"党建+第二课堂"视域下工科高校拔尖创新人才培养模式,以期为其他工科高校更有成效地开展拔尖创新人才培养工作提供借鉴和参考.
Abstract
In the new era of promoting high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement,it is an unshakable and significant mission for engineering universities to play a leading role of higher education in the talent training by centering on major national strategies and industrial development de-mands,and in combination with the growth patterns of top-notch innovative talent.The training model of top-notch innovative talent in engineering universities from the perspective of"Party building+second classroom"is studied with the example of Hefei University of Technology,aiming to offer some reference for other engineering universities to effectively train top-notch innovative talent.
