摘要
研究生教育作为我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,是高层次人才培养的重要途径.该文拟以"三高四新"伟大战略为方向,以创新中药现代产业学院为依托,从搭建产教融合新平台、组建研究生创新导学团队、注重学生实践能力培养、创新研究生培养考核评价机制四个方面进行中医药院校药学类研究生人才培养模式重构,并予以实施,以期培养具有过硬综合素质、较强创新能力和科学研究能力的复合型拔尖中药研究人才.
Abstract
As an important part of China's higher education system,postgraduate education is an important way to train high-level talent.Guided by the great strategy of"three highlands and four new approaches",this paper,based on the innovative college of modern industry of traditional Chinese medicine,intends to reconstruct and implement the talent training mode of pharmaceutical postgraduates in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities from such four aspects as building a new platform for the integration of industry and education,build-ing an innovative guidance team for postgraduates,paying attention to the training of students'practical ability,and innovating the evaluation mechanism of postgraduate training,in order to train interdisciplinary top-notch tal-ent in traditional Chinese medicine research with excellent comprehensive quality,and strong innovation ability and scientific research ability.
