摘要
师德是教师的立师之本,是教师队伍建设的核心.师德建设离不开基层党组织的正确引领和有效指导,如何推进基层党组织建设与师德师风建设深度融合,既把党建抓实,又把师德建设抓牢,是摆在每一名高校党务工作者面前的共同问题.该研究提出要以四项工程(政治引领工程、制度建设工程、党建品牌工程和榜样示范工程)的实施为抓手,以高质量党建引领师德建设,最终形成基层党组织建设与师德师风建设齐抓共管、同频共振的良好局面.
Abstract
Professional ethics is the foundation of teachers and the core of the cultivation of teachers.The strengthening of teachers'professional ethics cannot be separated from the correct leadership and effective guid-ance of primary-level Party organizations.It is a common problem for every Party worker in colleges and universi-ties to deeply integrate the building of primary-level Party organizations with the strengthening of teachers'pro-fessional ethics,not only grasping Party building well,but also grasping the strengthening of teachers'profes-sional ethics well.It is proposed in this study that it is necessary to take the implementation of the four projects(political guidance,institutional construction,Party building brands,and role model demonstration)as a leverage to lead the strengthening of teachers'professional ethics by high-quality Party building,so as to form a favorable situation of joint management and common development between the building of primary-level Party organiza-tions and the strengthening of teachers'professional ethics.
