摘要
民办高校作为高等教育体系的关键一环,青年教师队伍的建设与发展对其未来至关重要.针对当前青年教师存在的问题,学校应高度关注并采取有效培养措施,同时青年教师也须确立清晰的职业规划.通过双方共同努力,加强青年教师队伍建设,推动其职业发展,进而提升民办高校的教育教学质量.
Abstract
The cultivation and development of young teachers in private universities,as a key part of the higher education system,is crucial for their future development.Currently,private universities should pay close attention to the problems faced by young teachers and take effective cultivation measures.At the same time,young teachers need to establish clear career planning.Through joint efforts of both parties,the cultivation of young teachers will be strengthened and supported,so that the career development of young teachers will be promoted,and the quality of education and teaching in private universities will be improved.
