基于云模型的研究生综合能力评价指标体系分析与构建

针对"对研究生综合评测很难给出优劣评价,对申请国家奖学金提交的材料很难做出公正评价"这一情况,采用云模型算法,对材料中思想品德、论文发表、专利、学科竞赛、项目与奖励进行赋值权重,因为云模型构建需要每部分分值相同,所以依据权重信息分为20个部分。由这20个部分重新建立云模型,最终评定出15位候选人综合测评成绩排名。结果表明,在进行云模型综合评测时,根据云滴图谱分值分布,分值分布越大的评测结果越优。云滴图谱分值分布相同时,云滴图谱越集中隶属度越优,评测成绩分布越集中,其综合评测结果越优。云模型依据候选人云滴图谱得分值分布和隶属度函数的优劣,对于难以判别的数据,云模型可以得出最终的比较结果,有着公正的判断。
Analysis and construction of postgraduate comprehensive ability evaluation index system based on cloud model
It is difficult to give a good or bad evaluation on the comprehensive evaluation of graduate students,and it is difficult to make a fair evaluation of the materials submitted for national scholarship.The cloud model al-gorithm is used to assign weights to the ideological and moral character,paper publication,patents,discipline competitions,projects and awards in the materials.Because each part needs the same score for the construction of cloud model,it is divided into 20 parts according to the weight information.The cloud model is reestablished from these 20 parts,and the comprehensive evaluation results of 15 candidates are finally evaluated.The results show that in the comprehensive evaluation of cloud model,according to the score distribution of cloud drop spectrum,the larger the score distribution,the better the evaluation result.When the cloud drop map score distribution is the same,the more concentrated the cloud drop map is,the better the membership degree is,the more concen-trated the evaluation score distribution is,and the better the comprehensive evaluation result is.The cloud model is based on the score distribution of candidate cloud drop map and the advantages and disadvantages of member-ship function.For the data that is difficult to distinguish,the cloud model can get the final comparison result and make a fair judgment.
