摘要
"因势而新"是习近平总书记提出的新时代高校思想政治工作的重要原则之一.要深刻理解"因势而新",应从中华优秀传统文化中挖掘其思想渊源,并结合时代要求把握其内在本质.当前,在高校思想政治工作中坚持因势而新的原则,既是思想政治教育规律的必然要求,又是高校思想政治工作历史经验的科学总结和新时代高校思想政治工作提高质量的关键举措.因此,必须站在新的历史方位上,构建新的育人体系,将因势而新原则落地、落实、落细.
Abstract
Innovation in accordance with the situation is one of the important principles of ideological and politi-cal work in colleges and universities in the new era proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping.To deeply under-stand it,we should explore its ideological origin from fine traditional Chinese culture and grasp its inherent es-sence in combination with the requirements of the times.At present,adhering to the principle of innovation in ac-cordance with the situation in the ideological and political work of colleges and universities is not only an inevi-table requirement of the laws of ideological and political education,but also a scientific summary of the historical experience of ideological and political work in colleges and universities and a key measure to improve the quality of ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new era.Therefore,we must stand at a new his-torical position,build a new education system,and implement effectively the principle of innovation in accor-dance with the situation.
