积极心理学视角下的研究生心理健康教育

摘要
相对于其他教育阶段,研究生心理健康建设起步较晚,研究生心理问题往往被忽视.然而,随着研究生人数的迅速增加,各种心理问题逐渐浮出水面,引起了越来越多人的关注.与传统心理学不同,积极心理学以积极心态对待心理现象并提倡新的解读方式.该文通过梳理相关文献资料总结了研究生心理健康教育的现状和问题,并从积极心理学的角度出发,探讨了构建新的研究生心理健康教育体系以解决这些问题的可能性.这一新体系旨在帮助研究生建立健康的人格,增强适应能力,并推动研究生思想政治教育的全面发展.
Abstract
Compared with other stages of education,the mental health education of postgraduate students started late,and their psychological problems are often ignored.However,with the rapid increase in the number of post-graduate students,various psychological problems have gradually surfaced and attracted more and more attention.Different from traditional psychology,positive psychology treats psychological phenomena with a positive attitude and advocates new ways of interpretation.The current status and problems of mental health education for post-graduate students are summarized through literature research,and the possibility of building a new system for the mental health education of postgraduate students is explored to solve these problems from the perspective of posi-tive psychology.This new system aims to help postgraduate students build a healthy personality,enhance their adaptability,and promote the comprehensive development of ideological and political education for postgraduate students.
