摘要
随着互联网的发展,社会环境加速变化,大学生心理问题日益凸显,高校学生心理健康教育越加受到重视,如何有效地解决学生的心理健康问题成为高校心理育人工作的重点和难点.艺术类院校学生心理健康问题频发,表现出复杂性和多样性,做好艺术院校的心理健康教育工作需要因人而异、因时制宜,不断改进工作模式,积极应对学生的心理健康问题,培养学生健全的心理与良好的品德素养.
Abstract
With the development of the Internet,the social environment is changing rapidly,and the psychologi-cal problems of college students have become increasingly prominent.The mental health education of college stu-dents has received more and more attention.How to effectively solve the mental health problems of students has become the key and difficult work of psychological education in colleges and universities.The mental health prob-lems of students in art colleges and universities have become frequent,showing complexity and diversity.To do a good job in mental health education in art colleges and universities,it is necessary to take actions that suit differ-ent students and the new circumstance,constantly improve the working mode,actively respond to students'men-tal health problems,and cultivate students'sound psychology and good moral quality.
