Exploration of social adaptability education practice system for clinical medicine major
For higher education institutions,the adaptability of talent training mainly refers to social adaptability.Higher education institutions reform and innovate talent training models and curriculum systems to help students adjust themselves,adapt to,utilize,and transform the environment in the face of complex social environment,en-hance their ability to interact with themselves and society,and become individuals who can adapt to society and harmoniously interact with society and others.Taking on-the-job and internship students from Shandong First Medical University and Laiwu Vocational and Technical College as research samples,social adaptability educa-tion practice was conducted,and corresponding practical experience is extracted.A social adaptability education curriculum system with promotional value has formed,providing practical support for enhancing the social adapt-ability of talent training in China's higher education institutions in the new era.It provides references and in-sights for higher vocational colleges and even general undergraduate colleges to carry out social adaptability edu-cation,which can offer beneficial enlightenment for the reform of talent training models in higher education insti-tutions,the ideological and political construction of specialized courses,and also serve as a reference for educa-tion authorities in formulating policy texts.
