Research on the mechanism and path of innovative education of"industry-education-research-medicine"in health service and management major under the background of new liberal arts
With the advancement of the construction of new liberal arts,the traditional education model faces the need for transformation.The health service and management major needs to respond to the society's urgent call for interdisciplinary health management talent.To this end,the importance of the"industry-education-research-medicine"education mechanism has become increasingly prominent.This paper proposes an innovative path of talent training from six aspects:build a training goal of deep integration of"industry-education-research-medicine";design an interdisciplinary curriculum system under the"Internet+"environment;innovate the practi-cal teaching system under the"industry-education-research-medicine"cooperation model;build an"industry-university-research-medicine"platform with health management in traditional Chinese medicine as the core;pro-mote the practice of health management service projects under the guidance of innovation and entrepreneurship;integrate virtual simulation technology.A new education model has been provided for the health service and man-agement major that adapts to the needs of industry development,aiming to train talent with solid professional knowledge,strong practical ability and innovative spirit through multidisciplinary integration.
