摘要
形成性评价是在教学过程中,为获得反馈以便改进"教和学"而进行的评价.针对目前医学院校中形成性评价的过程形式化、缺乏反馈互动等问题,该教学团队在生理学教学中对评价技术的运用进行了探讨,从明晰学习目标、引出学习证据、以反馈促进学习、有效合作学习及自我反思改进五个方面出发,整理并总结出几种实用的反馈互动技术,以期为提高教学质量提供切实可行的方法和策略.
Abstract
Formative evaluation is an evaluation carried out in order to obtain feedback so as to improve teaching and learning in the process of teaching.In view of the mere formality of formative evaluation process and lack of feedback and interaction in medical colleges,the teaching team discussed the application of evaluation tech-niques in physiology teaching.From the five aspects of clarifying learning objectives,drawing learning evidence,promoting learning through feedback,conducting effective cooperative learning,and carrying out self-reflection and improvement,several practical feedback and interaction techniques are sorted out and summarized,in order to provide practical methods and strategies for improving teaching quality.
