基于创新能力培养的虚拟仿真教学改革与探索——以"移动通信网络规划课程设计"为例

随着信息通信技术的发展与实验教学改革的深入,社会对5G实践与创新人才的需求日益增加。与此同时,虚拟仿真实验2。0的建设也在持续推进。如何开展基于创新能力培养的虚拟仿真教学,满足新基建背景下创新人才培养的需求,成为当前高等教育教学研究的热点。该文以"移动通信网络规划课程设计"为例,坚持以学生为中心,以创新能力培养为目标,从教学过程的设计、教学组织与实践、教学评价体系构建等方面,详细介绍了基于创新能力培养的虚拟仿真教学设计方案与实践过程,该课程实现了虚拟仿真与理论知识、实践拓展的融合,有助于提升高校人才培养质量,进一步推动新质生产力的快速发展。
The reform and exploration of virtual simulation teaching based on innovation ability training:Taking The Course Design of Mobile Communication Network Planning as an example
With the development of information and communication technology and the deepening of experimen-tal teaching reform,the demand for 5G practice and innovation capability is increasing.At the same time,the con-struction of virtual simulation experiment 2.0 is also continuing to advance.How to carry out virtual simulation teaching based on innovation capability training to meet the needs of innovation capability training under the background of new infrastructure has become a hot spot of current higher education teaching research.Taking The Course Design of Mobile Communication Network Planning as an example,this article insists on student-centered and innovation capability training as its goal.From the aspects of teaching process design,teaching organization and practice,and teaching evaluation system construction,this paper introduces in detail the virtual simulation teaching design scheme and practice process based on innovation capability cultivation,so as to realize the inte-gration of virtual simulation with theoretical knowledge and practice expansion.It is helpful to improve the quality of talent training in colleges and unviersities and further promote the rapid development of new quality productive forces.
