Research on the collaborative education mechanism of higher vocational colleges from the perspective of ideological and political education in employment
Ideological and political education and employment and entrepreneurship education are two crucial branches in the national education system.Based on the guidance of ideological and political education,the or-ganic integration of ideological and political education and the employment work for college students is one of the important ways to implement the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education and promote employ-ment development.From this,the concept of ideological and political education in employment is derived.How-ever,through questionnaire investigation and qualitative analysis,it is found that there are some problems in the collaborative education of ideological and political education in employment,such as lack of initiative in family education,insufficient utilization of collaborative resources,lack of in-depth integration of industry and educa-tion,and unclear understanding of ideological and political education in employment.In order to further promote the development of vocational education and improve the effectiveness of collaborative education of ideological and political education in employment,it is proposed to innovate the collaborative education mechanism from the two dimensions of subject collaboration and content collaboration,which has provided a new idea for ideological and political education in employment.
