As the demand for higher education continues to grow,the traditional academic education model faces increasing challenges.In order to adapt to the rapid changes in the employment market and improve students'em-ployment competitiveness,China has launched a pilot 1+X certificate system.The 1+X certificate system is an im-portant measure for China's higher education reform and has played a positive role in cultivating applied talent.Taking a higher vocational college in Xiamen as an example,this paper explores the current status and practical path of the governance of the 1+X certificate system,and provides useful experience and reference for the further development of the 1+X certificate system.
