Research on the current situation and path of teaching innovation team building for vocational education teachers
Building a teaching innovation team for vocational education teachers is an important measure to build a modern vocational education system,and it is also a powerful tool to promote the reform of teachers,textbooks,and teaching methods and the construction of a"dual-qualification"teaching team.At the end of the first round of the national"double high-level plan"construction,correctly understanding,sorting out and studying the cur-rent status of the building of the teaching innovation team of vocational education teachers is of great significance to the next round of the national"double high-level plan"construction and the high-quality development of voca-tional colleges.After nearly five years of efforts,the building of the teaching innovation team of vocational educa-tion teachers has made great progress,but there are still a series of problems such as imperfect planning and top-level design,lack of a community of shared destiny for teachers,and insufficient structuring and coupling of the team.Based on this,it is proposed to focus on building a teaching innovation team for vocational education teach-ers in the new era from the four aspects of teachers'professional ability,education and teaching concepts,teach-ing reform capabilities,and team collaboration models,so as to promote the growth of teachers,and enable the high-quality development of vocational education.
