A study on the connotation and cultivation strategies of primary school Chinese teachers'evaluation competencies
Through literature review and empirical research,the importance of evaluation competencies for pri-mary school Chinese teachers is first clarified.They are not only the key to improving teaching quality,but also an important part of teachers'professional development.Then,the study analyzes in detail the connotation of pri-mary school Chinese teachers'evaluation competencies,including various dimensions such as evaluation knowl-edge,evaluation skills,evaluation attitudes and so on,and on this basis,it further proposes targeted training strat-egies,including not only curriculum reform in pre-service teacher education,but also professional development and training for in-service teachers,as well as the path of self-improvement for teachers themselves.The re-search conclusions have important theoretical and practical guiding significance for improving the evaluation com-petencies of primary school Chinese teachers and promoting the overall quality of primary school Chinese teach-ing.
