A practical study on scientific inquiry activities in kindergartens under the background of museum-kindergarten cooperation
Scientific inquiry activities are the main form of scientific education in kindergartens.The implementa-tion of scientific inquiry activities in kindergartens can not only satisfy children's curiosity and thirst for knowl-edge,but also cultivate children's good learning qualities,encourage children to explore and discover like scien-tists,construct scientific experience in active exploration,and improve scientific qualities.The study found that there are major problems when the teachers carrying out scientific inquiry activities in the writer's kindergarten,such as the need to improve the scientific qualities of teachers themselves,the shortage of high-quality educa-tional resources,and the single content and form of activities.Therefore,in this study,relying on the museum-kindergarten cooperation established between the writer's kindergarten and Shanghai Natural History Museum,the writer tries to explore innovative ways to use museum resources to carry out scientific inquiry activities,break through the zero boundary of practical cooperation between Shanghai Natural History Museum and the kindergar-ten,and form a systematic,long-term,and practical museum-kindergarten cooperation system,so as to provide reference basis and corresponding strategic support for the teachers to use museum resources to carry out scien-tific inquiry activities,improve the teachers'scientific qualities,and build kindergarten-based natural curricu-lum,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
