The development of new quality productive forces cannot be separated from the support of high-level innovative talents.Colleges and universities are the main position of talent training,and as the bearer of talent training,the educational competence of teachers in colleges and universities plays a crucial role in the formation and development of new quality productive forces.New quality productive forces put forward new requirements for talent training,requiring talents to have independent learning awareness,continuous learning ability,innovation ability,communication and collaboration ability,and high humanistic qualities.But at present,there are some problems in teachers'educational competence,such as insufficient knowledge and competencies,insufficient ability to utilize digital technology,and poor awareness of educating,etc.Teachers'educational competence should be improved from the aspects of adhering to lifelong learning,enhancing the ability of blending for mul-tiple modalities,strengthening the teaching ability oriented to the cultivation of innovation ability,and improving the ability of educating people in the face of the future.
