摘要
职业教育高质量发展能够为新质生产力提供大量专业人才,而新质生产力能为职业教育高质量发展提供动力支撑.该文在阐述新质生产力概念与特征的基础上,指出新质生产力对职业教育高质量发展提出的导向需求,即引导人才培养目标的升级、提升人才培养的技能要求、更新教育方式的持续变革和引发教育内容的重组.进一步探讨职业教育赋能新质生产力发展的有效路径,包括强化专业群建设以引领发展、加强实训基地提质升级以促进发展、提升培养人才综合能力以带动发展、推进国际交流与合作以融合发展.
Abstract
The high-quality development of vocational education can provide a large number of professional tal-ents for new quality productive forces,and new quality productive forces can provide dynamic support for the high-quality development of vocational education.On the basis of explaining the concept and characteristics of new quality productive forces,this study points out the guiding demand for the high-quality development of voca-tional education put forward by new quality productive forces,namely guiding the upgrading of talent training goals,improving the skill requirements for talent training,updating the continuous transformation of education methods and triggering the reorganization of education content.Furthermore,this study illustrates the effective path for the high-quality development of vocational education in the future to empower the formation of new qual-ity productive forces,including strengthening the construction of professional groups to lead development,enhanc-ing the quality upgrade of training bases to promote development,improving the comprehensive ability of talent training to drive development,and promoting international exchanges and cooperation for integrated development.
