摘要

当前社会的知识观正经历着从现代主义向后现代主义的重大转型,客观性、普遍性和积聚性的现代知识观正在被文化性、层次性、创新性的后现代知识观所取代.以后现代知识观的特征为基础,从知识的本质、知识的有效阈和知识的价值等角度重新审视卓越教师核心素养,认为新时代卓越教师的核心素养应当更加强调教育情怀、学科素养和教育智慧的培养.

Abstract

The knowledge theory of the current society is undergoing a significant transformation from modernism to postmodernism.The modern knowledge theory,characterized by objectivity,universality and accumulation,is being replaced by the postmodern knowledge theory,which is cultural,hierarchical and innovative.Based on the characteristics of postmodern knowledge theory,the core quality of excellent teachers is reexamined from the per-spective of knowledge essence,knowledge effective threshold and knowledge value.It is believed that the core quality of excellent teachers in the new era should put more emphasis on the cultivation of educational feelings,discipline literacy and educational wisdom.
