Research on the practical path of mutual construction of roles between counselors and ideological and po-litical teachers of colleges and universities in the new era
Based on the explanation of the research background,this paper first discusses the significance of the mutual construction of roles between counselors and ideological and political teachers of colleges and universities in the new era,then analyzes the six problems existing in the mutual construction of roles between them and the causes,and finally proposes a practical path for the mutual construction of roles between them from six perspec-tives,providing theoretical support for stimulating the endogenous motivation and external driving force of the two teams to do a good job in the ideological and political education of college students and forming a favorable work-ing situation of collaborative education.
