Dilemma analysis and optimization path of adaptability education for freshmen in colleges and universi-ties
As an important part of the educational and teaching activities of colleges and universities,an impor-tant content and means of fostering virtue through education,and the"first lesson"and compulsory course for freshmen,adaptability education for freshmen is of great significance to enhancing freshmen's recognition in terms of value,culture,specialty,and identity,helping them adapt to the new life as soon as possible and set new goals,and promoting their healthy growth and all-round development.Combining the characteristics of freshmen at present in colleges and universities and the current status of adaptability education for them,this paper specifi-cally analyzes and summarizes the difficulties faced by the adaptability education.At the same time,in view of the current status and difficulties,it proposes an optimal path to improve the quality of adaptability education for freshmen.
