The construction and management of reference room of secondary colleges in higher education institu-tions
With the vigorous development of higher education,the construction and management of reference room of secondary colleges,as an important support for improving scientific research and teaching quality,are be-coming increasingly important.However,the construction and management of reference room of secondary col-leges in higher education institutions is currently facing various challenges,which not only restrict students'fur-ther study,but also affect the development of the scientific research team of faculty and staff.In view of this,this paper deeply analyzes the main characteristics of the reference room of departments and secondary colleges,and the difficulties in their current construction and management.On this basis,a series of targeted suggestions and measures are proposed to promote the standardized and scientific development of the construction and manage-ment of reference room of secondary colleges in higher education institutions,so as to better serve teaching and scientific research.
