数字经济时代LED复合型法治人才培养体系构建研究——基于OBE理念的实践与探索

数字经济的快速发展对法治人才培养提出了新需求。法治的内外之变、法学的内外之交以及交叉法学的兴起都要求数字经济时代的法治人才具备更加复合的知识结构,成为精法律、通经济、懂数字的深度复合型人才。基于以学生为中心的OBE(成果导向教育)理念,LED(法律·经济·数字)复合型法治人才的培养目标应包含具备良好的法律人职业操守和素养,扎实的法律、经济、数字专业理论知识,娴熟的法律、经济、数字应用技能,以及良好的创新能力。LED复合型法治人才培养体系构建的具体路径可从完善LED复合型法治人才培养课程体系、打造高水平跨学科复合型教学团队和加强教学的过程性考核、全面贯彻以学生为中心的教学理念三个方面开展。
Research on the construction of a system for the training of LED interdisciplinary legal talent in the era of digital economy:Practice and exploration based on the OBE concept
The rapid development of the digital economy has put forward new demands on the training of legal tal-ent.The internal and external changes of the rule of law,the internal and external intersections of law,and the rise of interdisciplinary law all require that legal talents in the era of digital economy have a more interdisciplin-ary knowledge structure and become deeply interdisciplinary talent proficient in law,economics,and digitaliza-tion.Based on the student-centered OBE(Outcomes-Based Education)concept,the training goals of LED(Law,Economics,and Digitalization)interdisciplinary legal talent should include having good legal ethics and qualities,solid theoretical knowledge of law,economics,and digitalization,proficient application skills in law,economics,and digitalization,and good innovation capabilities.The specific path to constructing a system for the training of LED interdisciplinary legal talent can be carried out from three aspects:improving the curriculum system,creat-ing a high-level teaching team and strengthening the process assessment of teaching,and fully implementing the student-centered teaching concept.
